Terms of Service

Welcome to FENLIY. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website fenliy.com and any purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Store Information

2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with another user’s use. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, using automated tools to scrape content, and submitting false or fraudulent orders.

3. Products & Pricing

We strive to display our products and prices accurately. However, we reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information without notice. All products are subject to availability. We may limit the quantity of items purchased per order. Colors, wood grain and finishes may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to natural timber characteristics, monitor settings and photography lighting. Every Fenliy piece is hand-selected solid hardwood with unique grain.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms we’ve received your order — it does not confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms. If we cancel your order after payment, we’ll issue a full refund. For made-to-order items, lead times may vary — contact us for an estimate.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Free standard shipping is included on all orders from our workshop at 4615 Jamaica Dr NEAlbuquerque, NM 87111, USA. For detailed shipping information, please review our Shipping Policy. For international enquiries, contact support@fenliy.com for a quote.
